Whole Bean Coffee/ Coffee Powder – Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted and ground to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. But don’t worry—we’re here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at within 7 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, our team will help you track down your soon-to-be favourites. 

Everything Else – If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team within 7 days of purchase. It’s easy—just email us at

Cancellation – Our dispatch team starts processing your order immediately after it is received on the website, hence we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, if you wish to edit your order by making any changes in the grind size or variant, simply contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. 


Refunds - No refunds or returns can be rendered after the order has been placed. Please contact us at for any queries or concerns.

Brewing Tips

  • For light to medium roasts, brew for 4 minutes.
  • For medium dark to dark roasts, use a 3:30 minute brew time.
  • For very dark roasts, use less than 3:30 minutes.
  • To prevent coffee fines from entering your cup, wrap a thin cotton cloth around the strainer before pouring out the brewed coffee.
  • Alternatively you can use a coarser grind
  • If your coffee is too bitter, shorten the brewing time 
  • If your coffee is sour or salty, increase the brewing time slightly.
  • If your coffee is too watery or lacks flavour, add more coffee powder during the brewing process
