THE AEROPRESS
Compact portability for a creamy and caramel brew
History
Is there a coffee maker that yields only a Single cup of coffee, that is portable too? This was the problem that Allan Adler, a Stanford professor, and award-winning frisbee maker set out to address. And thus was created – The AeroPress. A simple plastic tube, with a plunger-like action, which compresses flavors quickly out of coffee grounds through a filter, straight into your mug, giving you a smooth, creamy, Espresso-like brew.
The AeroPress uses the Immersion technique of brewing.
